Cluster Revenue Manager — Uno Hotels (Delhi) | UK Portfolio

Role Summary

Key Accountabilities
  • Strategy & Pricing:

    Set dynamic pricing, fences, and displacement rules across segments and channels.
  • Forecasting:

    Deliver accurate daily/weekly/monthly demand forecasts; flag risks/opportunities with clear actions.
  • Inventory & Distribution:

    Optimise availability, rate parity, and channel mix; maintain system hygiene (CRS/PMS/RMS/OTA).
  • Commercial Cadence:

    Chair daily/weekly commercial meetings on pace, pick-up, and performance; drive

    SMART

    action plans.
  • Performance Management:

    Produce month-end packs; track variance vs budget/STR compset; escalate recovery plays.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment:

    Partner with Sales, Marketing, eCom, and Ops to execute total-hotel revenue strategy.
  • Portfolio Leadership:

    Manage multiple UK properties; mentor analysts; standardise best practices across the cluster.
