Designation- Cluster operation manager

Location- Nagpur/Indore

Education-Diploma - Electrical / Mechanical or BE in Electrical / Mechanical

Primary Role-

● Knowledge of Solar installation Process for Residential Project and C&I Projects.

● Coordination and execution of task from team

● Conduct awareness out Process and Systems

● Preparation Multiple Dashboards and data as per requirements in Google / Excel

● Day to day coordination with ZOH,SOH, COM, CDM PM and PCs

● Tracking of project journey, Highlighting delays

● Follow-up and updating closure reports

● Carrying out necessary checks and balances of projects

● Calculate Manpower and capacity requirement as per Manpower design

● RCA for timeline breaches, Skills required for identification

● Act as a central communication hub to ensure alignment and seamless information flow between ground teams and management.

● Stakeholder management.

● Ability to work under pressure, prioritize effectively, and ensure timely resolution of operational issues

Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) of Ops team and provide insights for decision-making

Operational Management: Use tools like software or Excel to monitor and streamline execution processes.

Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams such as Design and Customer Delight for smooth project execution.

Project TAT & Profitability: Support the Customer Success Owner in achieving timely project delivery and maximizing profit margins.

Follow-ups & Escalations: Ensure rigorous tracking of project milestones and stakeholder follow-ups.

Customer Relationship Management: Handle queries, ensure smooth communication, and achieve customer delight.

KPI Management:Set performance KPIs and ensure team adherence.

Technical (Good-to-Have):Experience in large C&I rooftop solar projects

Travel & Accommodation: Daily in-city travel required (own two-wheeler mandatory)Occasional intercity travel based on project needs Must arrange own accommodation . Own Accommodation & Fooding in base location

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
