As a Cluster Manager, you ll oversee a team of on-ground managers to ensure the seamless execution of UI s after-school teaching programs across multiple cities. You ll champion a culture of collaboration, innovation, and growth coaching managers, building sustainable communities, and scaling impactful programs.

What You ll Be Doing

Program Operations

• Manage and support city managers to implement teaching programs across multiple cities.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and monitor performance metrics through dashboards and KPIs.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks to enhance operational efficiency.
• Drive student growth and ensure thriving volunteer communities in all cities.

People Management

• Coach and mentor city managers, fostering professional and personal growth.
• Lead knowledge transfer sessions and training for your teams.
• Conduct performance reviews and offer constructive feedback.
• Build a safe, motivated, and fun team environment aligned with UI s values.

Collaboration Communication

• Act as the bridge between program executives and city managers.
• Collaborate with program teams to refine processes and enhance training.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Foster open communication and a culture of constructive feedback.

Strategic Planning Execution

• Participate in annual and quarterly planning sessions.
• Develop and execute scaling strategies for high-potential cities.
• Align operational goals with organizational OKRs and spearhead special projects.

• Drive innovation in program delivery and volunteer engagement.

What We re Looking For

Must-Haves

• 2+ years of experience in operations or project management.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a dynamic environment.
