Cluster Manager

As the Project Manager for our solar projects, you will be tasked with overseeing the daily operations of our Project Owners and Project Coordinators. Your primary responsibilities will include defining daily targets, monitoring performance, and providing regular updates to ensure efficient project execution. Utilizing tools such as software and Excel, you will streamline operational processes and collaborate with internal teams like Design and Customer Delight for seamless project coordination. In addition to supervising the Solar Bill of Materials review and supporting timely project delivery to maximize profitability, you will also be responsible for tracking project milestones, managing customer relationships, and providing on-ground installation support to teams in various cities through remote monitoring tools. Setting performance KPIs, fostering team development, and ensuring compliance with procurement needs will be crucial secondary responsibilities. To excel in this role, you must possess a positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to make tactical decisions under pressure. Effective communication in English, Hindi, and local languages, along with team leadership qualities and a collaborative mindset, are essential. Proficiency in solar technology, advanced MS Office skills, and prior experience with operational monitoring tools are must-have technical competencies. Experience in C&I rooftop solar projects and statutory compliance work will be beneficial. Daily in-city travel, with a mandatory two-wheeler, and occasional intercity travel based on project requirements are expected.
