Cluster Manager

Role Overview: As a Cluster Manager at India Accelerator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing multiple hubs, ensuring seamless operations, community engagement, and revenue growth. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of coworking centers, driving sales initiatives, fostering client relationships, monitoring financial performance, leading teams, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple coworking centers in the assigned cluster. - Ensure high service standards, security, and maintenance of the facilities. - Implement and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency. - Drive occupancy and revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. - Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, corporate partners, and startups. - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and generate leads. - Foster a collaborative and engaging coworking environment. - Organize networking events, workshops, and mentorship programs for members. - Address member concerns and ensure a seamless customer experience. - Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost optimization. - Prepare and present reports on occupancy rates, revenue, and customer satisfaction. - Lead, train, and motivate center managers and on-ground staff. - Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and safety standards. - Work closely with leadership to implement best practices and new strategies. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Real Estate, or a related field. - Strong experience in sales, operations, and customer service. - Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. - Ability to multitask, manage teams, and work in a dynamic environment. - Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting analytics. - Passion for startups, innovation, and community building.
