Job Description

As a Team Lead for ASM, TSM, and RM, your role involves developing and managing the Agency POS Channel within your assigned geography. Your responsibilities include: - Helping employees source and service POS Agents according to agreed policies and mix. - Developing the Agency Channel and POS in the assigned location. - Coordinating with the Operations team for pre-licensing, training, and licensing. - Conducting induction training and collaborating with the sales training team for product and ongoing training for POS. - Maintaining the agreed mix of new and existing agents/POS. - Developing and implementing strategies to reach various market segments. You will also be responsible for: - Monitoring Agent performance based on common variables such as Renewal/Fresh database, funnel, and closures. - Maintaining a high active percentage of POS. - Controlling Attrition of POS Agents. - Ensuring high productivity of the team and POS, managing the right level of channel engagement with POS. Additionally, you will handle: - Reconciliation of partner accounts and coordination with all departments for the same. Furthermore, you will work towards: - Understanding various market dynamics and providing feedback for internal organizational improvements. - Managing loss ratios effectively. Your focus will also be on: - Ensuring compliance with external bodies and authorities. - Ensuring internal compliance and hygiene standards.
