Role Description

We are seeking a Cluster Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Meerut. The Cluster Manager will oversee and manage operational clusters, ensuring smooth implementation of water and waste treatment processes. They will be responsible for handling client relationships, supervising project execution, driving performance, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. The role also involves optimizing operational efficiency and leading a team to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong management and leadership skills to oversee team performance and ensure effective cluster operations
• Technical expertise in water treatment, wastewater management, and related processes
• Proficiency in project management, process optimization, and engineering practices
• Problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to manage client relationships and coordinate with internal teams
• Knowledge of environmental and safety regulations, and commitment to maintaining compliance
• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field is required; a master’s degree is preferred
• Previous experience in water treatment or environment management industries is highly advantageous
