Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager in the paper chemical sales division, located in Hyderabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, creating sales plans, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves reporting on sales activities, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales Strategy, Market Research, and Sales Planning
  • Excellent Customer Service and Client Relationship Management Skills
  • Ability to Identify Business Opportunities and Achieve Sales Targets
  • Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills
  • Team Collaboration and Reporting Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the chemical or paper industry is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
