Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for managing and expanding franchisee network within the assigned cluster/region.
Achieve business targets through effective relationship management and business growth from existing franchisees.
Identify, recruit, and onboard new franchise partners in potential markets.
Ensure franchisees follow company policies, processes, and brand guidelines.
Conduct regular business reviews, performance monitoring, and provide strategic support to improve productivity.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations, training, and marketing support.
Handle revenue generation, profitability, and customer satisfaction across the cluster.
Ensure timely resolution of franchisee queries and operational challenges.

Experience:
