revenue targets are met, and driving strategic growth within assigned clusters.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a sales team of 4 to 5 members.
• Set and track performance targets.
• Drive client visits and close sales to meet revenue goals.
• Manage end-to-end sales pipeline and lead generation.
• Acquire new business to support product growth.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity.
• Contribute to sales planning and key account targeting.
• Oversee cluster performance and ensure target achievement.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• 4 to 6 years of team management experience, leading 4 to 5 sales reps.
• Proficient in CRM tools and Excel.
• Strong knowledge of local markets and B2B sales.
• Skilled in cluster management, lead conversion, and revenue growth.
• Proven leadership and performance tracking abilities.
• Experience in product demos, especially in SaaS, is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
