This role demands strong local market expertise, a proven ability to lead high-performing sales teams, and deep relationships within the regional real estate ecosystem. You will play a critical role in shaping sales strategy, strengthening developer partnerships, and ensuring sustainable business growth while maintaining financial discipline and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute territory-wise sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives
- Set, monitor, and optimize monthly and quarterly sales targets across the region
- Conduct in-depth market research to track customer behavior, pricing trends, and competitive dynamics
- Lead, mentor, and scale teams of Sales Managers and Sales Executives
- Review team performance, track KPIs, and implement corrective actions when required
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, and continuous training to build strong sales capability
- Manage and strengthen relationships with key developers and strategic partners
- Lead negotiations for high-value deals and ensure timely closures
- Identify new business opportunities, emerging micro-markets, and upcoming project pipelines
- Drive lead generation through networking, partnerships, and on-ground initiatives
- Own sales budgets, manpower costs, and overall profitability for the cluster
- Monitor billing, collections, and financial hygiene across all transactions
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable market insights
- Leverage data and analytics to improve forecasting, productivity, and decision-making
- Collaborate closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams for seamless execution
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and organizational standards
- Proactively identify risks at both deal and business levels and mitigate them early
- Continuously improve sales processes to enhance efficiency and conversion rates
- Adopt digital tools, CRM platforms, and modern sales techniques to drive performance
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Over 10 years of sales experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles, preferably within real estate
- Strong hands-on exposure to the Navi Mumbai and KDMC real estate markets
- Proven ability to build, lead, and scale high-performing sales teams
- Strategic thinker with strong execution skills and financial acumen
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building capabilities
- Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM tools, sales analytics, and reporting dashboards
- Ability to balance aggressive growth targets with operational discipline and compliance
- MBA or equivalent qualification preferred, with a strong understanding of sales strategy and business planning
