Cluster Head

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned leads (SMEs & merchants) and onboard them.
• Drive end-to-end sales—from lead qualification to closure, with both presales and post-sales engagement.
• Build and execute strategies to achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets.
• Educate clients on the process, campaign optimization, and ROI-driven marketing.
• Understand client needs and create customized advertising proposals.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success teams for smooth onboarding and campaign delivery.
• Maintain an accurate, updated sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Stay updated on Google Ads feature enhancements, digital trends, and competition.
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and growth plans for management.
• Provide direction and support aligned with organizational goals (team management exposure preferred).

• Target-driven, self-motivated, and resilient under pressure.

🔹 Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).

• 8–12 years

  of experience in digital ad sales / package sales, preferably in Google Ads or online advertising.

• Google Ads certification

  is a strong advantage.
