Position Overview

Cluster Head

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and drive sales growth across assigned territories or clusters in Ahmedabad and nearby areas.
• Supervise and support a team of

• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets.
• Identify new leads, pitch consultancy services, and close deals with MSME and industrial clients.
• Build long-term client relationships through regular visits and excellent service delivery.
• Report sales progress, pipeline, and performance metrics to the

• Coordinate with the Surat HO for documentation, client onboarding, and project processing.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Finance, or Business Management.

• 5–10 years of experience

  in B2B sales, preferably in

  financial consultancy, loans, industrial services, or project finance.

• Proven ability to handle a small team and achieve sales targets.
• Strong communication, client-handling, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with field work and client meetings within Ahmedabad and nearby regions.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.
