Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Club Manager with a strong background in banquet management or bar management to oversee daily club operations, ensure excellent guest experience, manage staff, and drive revenue. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in hospitality operations, team leadership, and event handling.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Guest Experience

  • Manage end-to-end club operations including bar, banquet events, lounge, and floor activities
  • Ensure high standards of service, hygiene, safety, and customer satisfaction
  • Handle VIP guests, memberships, and guest complaints professionally

Banquet & Event Management

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute banquets, private events, parties, and corporate bookings
  • Coordinate with clients on menus, décor, staffing, and event flow
  • Ensure smooth execution of events from setup to closure

Bar & Revenue Management

  • Oversee bar operations, inventory control, and vendor coordination
  • Ensure compliance with excise laws, licensing, and safety norms
  • Drive revenue through promotions, upselling, events, and partnerships

Team Management

  • Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise service staff, bartenders, and support teams
  • Monitor staff performance, grooming, discipline, and attendance
  • Conduct regular briefings and training sessions

Financial & Administrative Control

  • Monitor daily sales, cash handling, billing, and expense control
  • Prepare MIS reports, event P&L, and operational reports
  • Control wastage, pilferage, and stock variance

Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure compliance with local laws, liquor policies, fire & safety regulations
  • Maintain documentation and coordinate inspections when required

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 6-10 years of experience as a Banquet Manager / Bar Manager / Assistant Club Manager
  • Strong knowledge of F&B operations and event management
  • Proven leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and guest-handling skills
  • Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and late hours

  • Revenue-driven mindset
  • Strong vendor & client coordination
  • Knowledge of POS systems and inventory software
  • Problem-solving and crisis management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
