About the Role

Club Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end club operations and deliver an exceptional member experience

• Lead, train, and motivate the team to maintain high service and performance standards

• Ensure the facility meets brand standards for cleanliness, safety, and presentation

• Drive membership acquisition, retention, and overall business growth

• Manage budgets, track KPIs, and optimize operational efficiency

• Collaborate with marketing and partnerships to boost brand visibility and community engagement

• Ensure compliance with all operational and safety guidelines

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred)

• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in fitness, hospitality, or service-led environments

• Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills

• Commercial mindset with a focus on member satisfaction and service excellence

• Passion for fitness, wellness, and brand-led leadership
