Job Title: TSE – Cloud Applications (Platform)

Location: Hyderabad

Exp Range: 2- 6 Years (Technical Support or Software Development Environment)

Compensation: 15 - 16 LPA

What You’ll Be Doing

  1. Be the Voice of the Customer: Support and guide users and administrators, ensuring a smooth experience with our platform.
  2. Solve Complex Issues: Dive deep into troubleshooting cloud technologies, working on platform issues that require attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  3. Own Every Interaction: From triage to resolution, take complete ownership of technical issues, ensuring high standards of professionalism.
  4. Collaborate Across Functions: Partner with internal teams and customers using cases, phone, and electronic channels to communicate effectively.
  5. Drive Improvements: Contribute to internal processes, tools, and knowledge base content that drive operational efficiency and enable customer self-service.
  6. Document Everything: Maintain accurate case documentation and ensure excellent case hygiene.
  7. Grow With Us: Take part in technical and cross-functional projects while sharpening your expertise in enterprise SaaS.


Must-Have Skills

  1. Strong experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle)
  2. Familiarity with Linux/Unix or Microsoft Server environments
  3. Basic understanding of web application architecture
  4. Hands-on knowledge in scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Unix Shell, Windows Shell)
  5. Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues
  6. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  7. A genuine passion for customer success and problem-solving


Nice-to-Have Skills

  1. Prior experience supporting SaaS / PaaS platforms
  2. Exposure to enterprise platforms (e.g., IT service management tools)
  3. Understanding of the ITIL framework
  4. Familiarity with log monitoring tools like Splunk
  5. Ability to interpret and analyze database logs


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field
  • OR Minimum of 2 years experience in a technical support or software development environment
