Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Provide after-hours coverage for US operations for infrastructure, networking, and end-user support.
Monitor and respond to alerts, tickets, and incidents.
Escalate critical issues following established runbooks and escalation paths.

Technical Skills

Strong hands-on experience with
FortiGate firewalls
(VPN, routing, policies, SDWAN)
Strong understanding of Wireless networking (Merkai, FortiAPs, etc.)
Working knowledge of
Azure Infrastructure and networking
(VNets, vWAN, ExpressRoute, Private DNS Resolver)
Solid understanding of DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and Radius Authentication
Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, and Azure VMs)
Familiar with Windows Server and
desktop troubleshooting for end-user issues

Capable of creating and
managing user accounts, password reset, and Office365 administration.
Experience working within a ticketing system such as ServiceNow.
