Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for the position of Cloud Sales Specialist. The role involves engaging customers to understand their unique cloud needs, delivering tailored solutions, and closing sales opportunities. Key responsibilities include developing client relationships, providing excellent customer service, executing sales strategies, and offering training on Xammer's Cloud Management Platform to clients. The role focuses on solution selling and fostering long-term client partnerships.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders.
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to successfully close deals and exceed targets.
• Ability to deliver Training sessions that empower clients to use cloud solutions effectively.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, market trends, and related technical solutions is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in technology sales or cloud services is a plus.
