Job Summary:

The Cloud Sales Consultant will be responsible for driving the sales of EMB Global's cloud solutions by understanding client needs, developing tailored solutions, and closing deals. This role requires a strong understanding of cloud technologies, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.


Client Engagement & Needs Analysis

  • Engage with prospective and current clients to understand their business goals and cloud requirements.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and proactively identify opportunities to deliver value with EMB Global’s AWS solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate AWS-based cloud offerings in a compelling manner.


Sales Process Management

  • Manage the entire sales cycle: from lead generation through deal closure.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline and forecast sales with precision.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and consistently meet/exceed sales targets.
  • Record and track all sales activities accurately in the CRM system.


Relationship Management

  • Foster long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on AWS cloud solutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales lifecycle.
  • Ensure ongoing client satisfaction and proactively address customer needs.


Market Knowledge & Product Expertise

  • Stay up to date on the latest AWS technologies, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Develop deep technical and commercial understanding of EMB Global’s AWS cloud portfolio.
  • Relay market and client feedback to product development teams for continuous improvement.


Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, technical, and support teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training, and relevant industry events.
