Job Code: Cloud Infrastructure Engineer Qualification (Educational): Graduation Location City: Chennai, Madurai Location Country: India Years of Experience: 8 to 13 Years Skills Required In-depth knowledge of AWS and Azure platforms. Expertise in Identity and Access Management. Exposure to Active Directory and Domain Controller, Group policies and user authentication. Expertise on scripting tools like CLI, PowerShell, Lambda, Python, and Terraform. Hands-on Systems Administration of Windows and Linux platforms with experience in Patch Management. Exposure to native cloud monitoring tools Experience in configuring Load balancing and Auto-scale sets. Exposure to network fundamentals such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and Routing, BGP and experience in configuring network tunnels (IPSEC, P2S, AWS/Azure VPN, Direct Connect / Express Route). Exposure to SFTP and SSL protocols and features like WAF. Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills. Problem solving skills, ability to analyze, resolve complex infrastructure issues. Certification on AWS or Azure is desirable Experience 8 – 13 Years Primary Skills AWS OR Azure OR OCI Cloud Infrastructure OR Infrastructure Management Server Administration (Windows/Linux) Networking Monitoring Automation / IaC Skills Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, PowerShell, Bash, Python, "Infrastructure as Code" OR IaC, Automation, Scripting Operational Tasks Patching, Backup, Security Hardening, Monitoring, Server Provisioning, Cloud Migration, DR Setup, Incident Management, Compliance Monitoring Exclude (Optional) NOT Developer NOT DevOps Engineer NOT Application Support (If you want to avoid app-focused profiles) Industries IT Services, Cloud Service Providers, Managed Service Providers (MSP), SaaS, Consulting Keyword String Example (AWS OR Azure OR GCP) AND ("cloud infrastructure" OR "infra engineer" OR "cloud operations") AND (Terraform OR Ansible OR scripting OR automation OR IaC) AND (Windows OR Linux OR networking) AND (monitoring OR backup OR patching OR security) Prioritize candidates with hands-on cloud platform infra experience (not just ticketing/support). Look for profiles mentioning Terraform/Ansible + Monitoring/Backup/Patching – indicates automation in infra. Avoid candidates primarily involved in DevOps pipelines or application deployment , unless infra-focused.
