Role : Cloud Automation DevOps Engineer Job Location: Noida ( Hybrid) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Cloud Automation DevOps Engineer to join our Automation Center of Excellence (CoE). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing solution demo’s, setting up lab and piloting\ implementing scalable Automation solutions across IT Operations (ITOps), DevOps, and CloudOps domains using a combination of traditional automation frameworks and cutting-edge technologies, including Agentic AI and Generative AI-driven automation platforms. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop end-to-end automation workflows across cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, IT service management, monitoring, and incident response. Lead the architecture and implementation of intelligent automation use cases using GenAI, AgenticAI, and orchestration tools. Integrate automation solutions across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid infrastructure. Collaborate with platform and operations teams to build reusable automation templates, libraries, and toolkits. Drive assessment, use case discovery, feasibility analysis, POC, and prototyping of intelligent automation initiatives across ITOps, DevOps, and CloudOps. Develop and maintain IaC (Infrastructure-as-Code) using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation. Implement observability-driven automation workflows integrating tools like Prometheus, Datadog, Dynatrace, Splunk, or SolarWinds etc. Maintain best practices in security, compliance, and governance for automation solutions. Document solutions and provide knowledge transfer to internal-Presales teams as part of the CoE enablement model. Required Skills and Experience: Proven experience (6+ years) in automation across DevOps, ITOps, and CloudOps domains. Strong proficiency in automation tools: Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, GitOps tools, Python/Shell scripting / Java scripting / REST API’s etc. Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP – including automation of provisioning, scaling, and monitoring. Hands-on experience building automation using GenAI models (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain) and Agentic AI frameworks. Familiarity with AIOps tools and platforms and their integration into automation workflows. Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker) and related automation. Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and release engineering. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead PoCs and pilot automation projects. Preferred Qualifications: Exposure to ITSM tools (ServiceNow, BMC Helix) with automation integrations. Experience in building modular automation components or automation-as-a-service models. Prior experience working in an Automation Center of Excellence or contributing to enterprise-wide automation strategies. Knowledge of security automation and compliance controls in cloud-native environments.
