Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for the overall engagement health including managing the project delivery as well as supporting account growth on new initiatives.

Technology experience - Cloud, Azure Databricks, Azure DataFactory, SQL, PySpark, Python, PowerBI

Prior Industry experience - Managed Care Organization (MCO), HealthCare Payer experience, claims and case management.

Will be clients primary point-of-contact and represent Hexaware delivery team in all client meetings

Work along with team and Develop & maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports to track progress and communicate updates to client stakeholders.

Will be responsible for coordinating with onsite/offshore team , ensuring successful implementation of projects/programs, and driving continuous improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Jointly responsible to manage project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.

Ensure adherence to project management best practices, processes, and methodologies. Qualifications:

Proven experience (15+ years) in project management, with a focus on delivering data-related projects.

Exposure or experience in delivering Healthcare especially Payer domain related areas is mandatory skills.

Role requires strong leadership, communication, and project management skills, as well as deep understanding of data technologies and methodologies.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications are a plus.

Experience working in Agile or other iterative development methodologies.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving organization, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
