Job Overview:

Closing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the entire sales closing process from booking to registration for residential projects in Talegaon Dabhade.
  
• Coordinate between clients, sales teams, developers, and legal teams to ensure timely and smooth closures.
  
• Prepare and verify closing documents including sale agreements, payment receipts, and registration paperwork.
  
• Maintain compliance with local RERA regulations and ensure proper documentation.
  
• Manage client communication regarding payments, documentation, and timelines.
  
• Build strong relationships with local developers, legal advisors, and government offices.
  
• Stay updated on property laws, registration procedures, and market dynamics in Talegaon.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the closing process.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience

  in real estate closings, preferably in

  Talegaon Dabhade or surrounding areas

  .
• Strong understanding of the closing process, documentation, and compliance in Maharashtra real estate.
  
• Familiarity with RERA norms, stamp duty, and registration processes.
  
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Proficiency in Marathi and English (spoken and written) is highly preferred.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field is desirable.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Existing network of contacts with local authorities, registrars, and developers in Talegaon.
  
• Experience using CRM tools and digital documentation systems.
  
• High attention to detail and a customer-first attitude.
