About the Role

Closing Manager / Assistant Manager – Closing


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle the

    entire closing process

    : agreement execution, registration, possession, and final settlements.
  • Coordinate with

    Sales, CRM, Finance, Legal, and Project teams

    to ensure timely and hassle-free handovers.
  • Ensure statutory compliance including

    stamp duty, registration, RERA documentation, and taxation

    .
  • Resolve customer queries related to documentation, possession, and payments.
  • Maintain and update accurate customer records and closing-related documentation.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance

    customer experience

    during the post-sales phase.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • 7+ years’ experience

    in

    Closing / Assistant Manager – Closing

    with a reputed

    real estate developer

    .
  • In-depth knowledge of

    real estate documentation, compliance, and registration processes

    .
  • Strong communication, customer-handling, and coordination skills.
  • Graduate / Post-Graduate (MBA preferred).
