Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant located in Virar. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily HR activities including maintaining employee records, managing HR documentation, benefits administration, overseeing HRIS, and assisting with training and development programs. This role will also involve providing administrative support to the HR department and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
