To excel in this role, you should possess expertise in closings and funding, excellent sales strategy skills, knowledge of sales and loans, and mortgage lending abilities. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential, along with excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Previous experience in real estate closings and funding is preferred, and a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field would be advantageous.
