1. End to end responsibility of Luxury Sales Closures.
2. Excellent Channel Partner network to drive fresh walk-ins at site.
3. Coordinate all aspects of the real estate closing process.
4. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
5. Review and manage all closing documentation.
6. Act as a liaison between buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and legal professionals.
7. Schedule and conduct closing meetings at site plus OBM.
8. Resolve any issues that arise during the closing process.
9.. Maintain detailed records of all transactions.
10. Effectively drive collections through follow ups with booked customers.

2. Education Qualification: Min Graduate / MBA / IIM
3. Min Work Exp: 5 years in Real Estate closing.
4. Market: SOBO Market with ticket size of 5 Cr & above.
