As part of our growth journey, we are seeking an experienced Closing Manager to ensure smooth, efficient, and customer-centric deal closures. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end closing process for residential and commercial real estate transactions. Liaise with developers, channel partners, and clients to ensure timely documentation, payments, and compliance . Coordinate with legal and finance teams for agreement execution, registration, and loan disbursement. Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the post-sales journey until handover. Maintain accurate MIS reports on closures, collections, and deal status. Resolve client queries with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention . Drive process improvements to enhance the efficiency and transparency of closures.
