Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage the

end-to-end closing process

for real estate transactions. The role requires coordination with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely completion of property deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Closing Management

    Handle the complete closing process for residential and commercial transactions ensuring timely completion, accuracy of documentation, and smooth coordination among buyers, sellers, agents, legal, and financial institutions.
  • Documentation Compliance

    Prepare, review, and verify closing-related documents such as agreements, title reports, and payment statements. Ensure all paperwork meets legal, company, and regulatory standards.
  • Client Coordination

    Act as the single point of contact for clients throughout the closing process, providing updates, resolving queries, and ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Escrow Fund Handling

    Coordinate with banks, title companies, and internal finance teams for disbursements, deposits, and payments, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of financial processes.
  • Issue Resolution

    Identify and resolve challenges such as title discrepancies, delayed payments, or documentation gaps to keep the transaction on track.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    Work closely with the sales, legal, and finance teams to ensure all requirements are met before and after closing.
  • Process Adherence Improvement

    Follow established SOPs for the closing process while suggesting improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
  • Post-Closing Support

    Ensure all post-closing documentation, such as deed transfers and client confirmations, are completed and properly recorded.
  • Skills Attributes:

  • Strong understanding of real estate transactions and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail and process orientation.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple closings simultaneously.
  • Basic understanding of financial and legal coordination in real estate.
