Sourcing Executives Syndicate Department Locations: Hyderabad, Thane, and KDMC Experience: 1-5 years in real estate sourcing Profile: Ideal candidates should have solid experience in channel partner management, project sourcing, or broker onboarding in the real estate domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management:
Organize, plan, and implement sales strategies for real estate projects.
Discuss and follow up on sales opportunities with prospective buyers.
Coordinate site visits with potential buyers and facilitate deal closures.
Operations and CRM Management:
Handle daily operations including the use and management of internal company CRM tools.
Take ownership of real estate knowledge, keeping up-to-date with rules and regulations in the Indian real estate market.
Broker Engagement:
Meet with real estate brokers and onboard them to the PropertyPistol Syndicate Platform and Network.
Explain the wide range of services available to real estate brokers through PropertyPistol.
Maintain cordial and professional relationships with onboarded real estate broker partners.
Needs Assessment and Solution Provision:
Identify the needs and pain points of onboarded real estate brokers in technology and sales.
Provide relevant services and solutions to address these needs and improve their overall experience.
