Sourcing Executives Syndicate Department Locations: Hyderabad, Thane, and KDMC Experience: 1-5 years in real estate sourcing Profile: Ideal candidates should have solid experience in channel partner management, project sourcing, or broker onboarding in the real estate domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Management:

• Organize, plan, and implement sales strategies for real estate projects.
• Discuss and follow up on sales opportunities with prospective buyers.
• Coordinate site visits with potential buyers and facilitate deal closures.

• Operations and CRM Management:

• Handle daily operations including the use and management of internal company CRM tools.
• Take ownership of real estate knowledge, keeping up-to-date with rules and regulations in the Indian real estate market.

• Broker Engagement:

• Meet with real estate brokers and onboard them to the PropertyPistol Syndicate Platform and Network.
• Explain the wide range of services available to real estate brokers through PropertyPistol.
• Maintain cordial and professional relationships with onboarded real estate broker partners.

• Needs Assessment and Solution Provision:

• Identify the needs and pain points of onboarded real estate brokers in technology and sales.
• Provide relevant services and solutions to address these needs and improve their overall experience.
