Key Responsibilities Channel Partner Development: Identify, onboard, and nurture brokers, agents, and channel partners. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets. Sales Strategy & Execution: Build and implement effective channel sales strategies for consistent bookings & revenue growth. Networking & Expansion: Grow the partner ecosystem to maximize project visibility and lead flow. Client Engagement: Drive site visits, presentations, and negotiations with clients and channel partners. Market Insights: Analyze competitor activities, customer trends, and provide actionable feedback to management. Performance Reporting: Track and present sales performance, forecasts, and team updates to senior leadership. Qualifications 5–10 years of real estate channel sales experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial/team leader role. Strong existing network of brokers, channel partners, and real estate agents in Delhi/NCR. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding high-value property sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Graduate/MBA preferred.
