Role Description

We are seeking a Channel Partner Sales Team Leader (TL) for our Real Estate division. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Central Delhi. The Team Leader will play a pivotal role in driving the sales process, fostering strong relationships with channel partners, and developing sales strategies. The role involves managing channel sales, planning business strategies, handling key accounts, and achieving sales targets. The individual will also lead a team to ensure smooth operations and effective collaboration with partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in the real estate developer industry is a must
• Proficiency in Channel Partners management and Channel Sales to drive business growth and maintain partner relationships
• Strong skills in Business Planning and strategy development to meet and exceed sales goals
• Experience in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
• Demonstrated success in Sales roles with a proactive approach to achieving results
• Effective communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to meet targets and manage sales goals effectively
