As a Senior Executive for Channel Sales Management at Relation Realtech, your role will involve driving sales through channel partners, fostering relationships with partners, and meeting sales targets. Your proactive approach, communication skills, and understanding of the real estate market will be key to your success. - **Channel Partner Management**: - Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners to achieve sales targets. - Maintain strong relationships with partners and ensure their motivation and effectiveness in promoting Relation Realtech's properties. - **Sales Strategy Execution**: - Implement channel sales strategies aligned with overall sales objectives. - Monitor partner performance to ensure targets are met. - **Market Analysis**: - Conduct market research to identify potential partners and market trends. - Provide feedback to improve offerings. - **Training & Support**: - Provide training on products, sales processes, and marketing strategies. - Equip partners with necessary tools for success. - **Reporting & Analysis**: - Prepare reports on sales performance, partner activities, and market conditions. - Utilize data for informed decision-making. - **Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**: - Utilize CRM tools for tracking partner interactions and sales activities. - Maintain accurate records. - **Compliance & Documentation**: - Ensure all sales activities comply with legal requirements. - Manage contracts and agreements with partners. - **Collaboration**: - Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams for seamless execution of sales strategies. **Qualifications:** - **Education**: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field. MBA is a plus. - **Experience**: - 3-5 years in channel sales management, preferably in real estate. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets through partners. **Skills:** - Strong understanding of real estate market and channel sales. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite. - Data analysis, reporting, and presentation abilities. - Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
