Job SummaryThe Clinic Manager is responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth functioning of the front desk, pharmacy, and laboratory sample collection. This is a multifaceted role requiring a unique blend of administrative, clinical, and leadership skills. The manager will oversee all non-medical staff and will be the first point of contact for patients and external partners. Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Management: Oversee front desk operations, including patient scheduling, registration, and billing. Manage clinic staff, including training, performance reviews, and scheduling. Maintain and manage patient records and ensure compliance with all privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA). Handle inventory management for both medical supplies and pharmacy products. Prepare and manage clinic budgets, financial reports, and administrative paperwork. Ensure the clinic environment is clean, safe, and welcoming for all patients. Pharmacy & Clinical Support: Manage the in-house pharmacy, ensuring proper storage, dispensing, and inventory of medications. Provide patient education on medication usage and potential side effects. Maintain accurate pharmacy records and ensure compliance with all pharmaceutical regulations. Perform basic laboratory tasks, including collecting and preparing patient samples (e.g., blood, urine, swabs) for analysis. Collaborate with doctors and other medical staff to ensure seamless patient care. Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: A bachelor's or master's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm, M.Pharm) or a related pharmaceutical science field is mandatory. Experience: Proven experience (2-5 years) in a healthcare administrative or management role, with some experience in a pharmacy setting. Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Strong leadership and interpersonal communication abilities. Proficiency in medical and pharmacy management software. Familiarity with medical terminology and pharmaceutical regulations.
