Oversee all aspects of patient care throughout the hair transplant process, including pre-operative preparation, post-operative follow-up, and management of potential complications. Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in hair restoration techniques and technologies. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation. JD FOR CLINIC MANAGER 1. Handling Clinic with Team of Client coordinators, Doctors and Skin Practioners. 2. Responsible for overall center operations, profitability of the clinic and sales targets. 3. Team Management, Maintaining the service standards of the clinic and developing Rapo building with HNI clients. 4. Coordinating with Marketing Teams for promotions and Business activities, tie ups with corporate clients. 5. Responsible for the administrative functions of the center. 6. Ensuring office discipline cleanliness, professional ethics & healthy atmosphere. 7. To delegate the work appropriately to all other departments, functioning in the center and obtain a daily feedback from all other staff. 8. To ensure that the center functions within the parameters of Companys policies as may in force for the time being and the ones that may be formulated from time to time. 9. Provide motivation to the staff and assign targets for each staff member to achieve the desired results, target sales as well as to improve their performance, efficiency and customer care. 10. Assisting Surgeons: Assist the hair transplant surgeon during procedures, including preparing the surgical site, managing instruments, and ensuring a sterile environment. Patient Monitoring: Monitor patients' vital signs and overall condition before, during, and after surgery. Report any concerns or complications to the surgeon promptly. Education and Support: Educate patients on post-operative care, including wound care, medication management, and lifestyle adjustments to promote optimal healing. Clinical Coordination: Coordinate with other members of the medical team, including surgeons, assistants, and receptionists, to ensure seamless patient care. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including pre-operative assessments, surgical notes, and post-operative follow-ups. Sterilization and Hygiene: Ensure all instruments and equipment are properly sterilized and maintained according to hospital standards. Patient Comfort: Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients, addressing any concerns or anxieties they may have about their procedures. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Diploma or degree in Nursing from a recognized institution. Certification: Current nursing certification and registration with the relevant nursing board. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a surgical or clinical setting, preferably with exposure to hair transplant procedures. Knowledge: Understanding of hair transplant procedures, including FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction) and FUT (Follicular Unit Transplantation).
