The role requires strong leadership to manage doctors, therapists, and support staff while ensuring superior client experience and adherence to Triloma’s clinical and operational standards.Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Operations ManagementOversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth service delivery.Supervise doctors, therapists, and clinic staff to maintain operational efficiency.Ensure all clinical procedures follow Triloma’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Manage appointment scheduling, treatment flow, and customer handling.Quality Assurance and ComplianceMaintain hygiene, sterilization, and safety standards in all treatment areas.Conduct regular audits of clinical equipment, consumables, and processes.Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.Monitor quality metrics and address gaps proactively.Team Leadership and TrainingLead and motivate clinic teams to achieve performance goals.Conduct staff performance reviews and implement training initiatives.Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and service excellence.Support onboarding and mentoring of new employees.Client Experience ManagementEnsure exceptional client service and satisfaction.Manage escalated client concerns and feedback with professionalism.Track and improve client satisfaction scores (NPS, feedback surveys).Implement client retention and referral programs.Business and Financial PerformanceSupport the clinic in achieving revenue, sales, and profitability targets.Monitor inventory levels and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for promotions and client acquisition.Analyze performance reports and identify areas for improvement.Reporting and CoordinationPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on clinic operations.Coordinate with regional and corporate teams for audits and process updates.Maintain accurate documentation of clinical and operational data.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Client satisfaction and feedback ratingsClinic revenue and profitabilityStaff productivity and retentionCompliance and audit scoresOperational efficiency metricsQualifications and RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Cosmetology, or related field.Experience: 3–7 years of experience in clinical operations, healthcare, dermatology, or aesthetics.Strong leadership and people management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Customer-focused with attention to detail and quality standards.Proficiency in MS Office and clinic management software preferred.Core CompetenciesLeadership and Team ManagementClinical Operations and ComplianceClient Relationship ManagementBusiness and Financial AcumenQuality and Safety Management
