Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Clinic Manager located in Bhubaneswar. The Clinic Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflows and efficient management. Qualifications

Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to address patient needs and foster positive experiences
Proficiency in Budgeting and administrative management for efficient resource allocation
Basic understanding of Medicine to support and coordinate with medical staff
Experience in Training and mentoring personnel for staff development and operational excellence
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced clinic environment
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
