Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Clinic Manager based in Tiruvalla. The Clinic Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of all clinic services. Responsibilities include managing customer experiences, handling budgets, supervising staff, coordinating training sessions, and ensuring compliance with medical protocols. The Clinic Manager will also maintain effective communication between team members and clients, fostering a professional and welcoming environment. Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication to ensure client satisfaction and effective team management. Experience in Budgeting and financial planning to efficiently manage clinic resources. Knowledge in Medicine and healthcare practices to ensure compliance with medical standards and protocols. Proficiency in staff Training and development to maintain high-quality service and team growth. Leadership ability, organizational skills, and problem-solving mindset to oversee operations effectively. Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field is preferred. Background in aesthetics or wellness is an added advantage.
