Location: Mumbai (Bandra West)


Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage day-to-day client communication for digital and social media accounts

• Lead client briefs, digital campaign planning, and content strategy discussions

• Collaborate closely with creative, design, and media teams to ensure high-quality output

• Understand brand objectives and translate them into actionable digital strategies

• Present social media calendars, digital campaign ideas, and performance reports confidently

• Track campaign metrics, analyze performance, and provide strategic feedback for

optimizations

• Anticipate client needs, stay ahead of digital trends, and proactively recommend

opportunities

• Maintain project timelines, deliverables, and feedback loops with precision


Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in digital/social media account management or client servicing

• A strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing channels, and content

trends

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• A passion for brand-building and storytelling in the digital space

• Ability to manage multiple accounts and tight timelines without compromising on quality

• A strategic mindset with creative sensibility
