Job Description: Client Servicing Manager – Hyperlocal Marketing Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office Only) Experience: 4–6 Years CTC: INR 10–12 LPA About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Client Servicing Manager with a strong foundation in managing digital media performance activities , preferably having worked on Auto, Insurance or Travel verticals. This is a hands-on role requiring sharp client management skills, strong business acumen, and a proactive mindset towards performance marketing and data solutions. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and client stakeholders. Understand and translate client business goals into hyperlocal digital marketing strategies. Manage end-to-end delivery of performance marketing campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, programmatic etc.) Prepare and present high-quality presentations that communicate campaign performance, insights, and strategic recommendations Drive innovative, tech-enabled marketing solutions to solve client challenges Work collaboratively with internal strategy, creative, and media teams to meet client expectations Travel to client locations or events as required (willingness to travel is essential) Required Skills & Experience: 4–6 years of experience in a client servicing or account management role in a digital marketing agency. Proven experience in managing performance media campaigns (Search, Display, Meta, Programmatic).
