Client Servicing Manager

Role: Client Servicing Manager
Qualification: Graduation
Experience: 3-4 Years

Role Overview You’ll be the key point of contact between the client and our internal teams (creatives, editors, AI artists, producers). You’ll be responsible for making sure projects run smoothly, clients feel heard, and opportunities to grow accounts are never missed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the face of TMV Studios and AI Labs for all its clients.
• Ensure timely execution and quality delivery of production and AI-led projects.
• Work closely with internal teams: directors, artists, AI specialists, freelancers.
• Maintain clear, proactive client communication at all stages.
• Lead regular status updates, calls, and feedback loops.
• Prepare timelines, trackers, decks, and basic reporting.
• Spot opportunities to upsell and grow accounts.
• Escalate risks or delays early, and calmly manage pressure situation.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or production coordination
• Ideally from a content studio, production house, digital agency, or tech-led creative agency
• Strong understanding of how videos get made — from live shoots to animation to AI tools
• Clear communicator (written + spoken), confident with clients
• Process-driven, detail-obsessed, and calm under pressure
• Able to lead timelines independently, yet collaborate across creative and tech teams.
