Job Desc r iption: We are looking for an experienced and proactive Client Servicing Manager to lead our client relations in the event management industry. This role involves overseeing a team of client servicing executives, ensuring the smooth execution of events, and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with clients. The Client Servicing Manager will be responsible for managing the full client lifecycle, from initial consultation to post-event feedback, ensuring that client expectations are met and exceeded at every stage. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of client servicing executives to deliver high-quality client support and event execution. Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong relationships. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, objectives, and vision for each event. Oversee the coordination of event logistics, working closely with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure events are delivered on time and within budget. Resolve client issues and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Conduct post-event reviews to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to enhance client engagement and retention. Qualifications : Proven experience in client servicing or account management, with a background in event management compulsory. Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple high-profile events simultaneously under pressure. Detail-oriented with a focus on client satisfaction and quality. Proficiency in event management software and tools is a plus.
