Key responsibilities

Point of contact to clients to discuss and understand the social media requirements of brands

Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.

Measuring and preparing the report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assessing against goals. (ROI and KPIs)

Brainstorming new and creative growth strategies.

Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.

Determining clients requirements, upselling ideas, working on pitches, and maintaining digital presence across all digital channels.

Build long-term client relations

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Required

Bachelors or Masters degree in mass communication, media management, etc.

5 to 6 years of work experience in the industry.

Excellent verbal and written communication

Ability to be responsible for team performance
