Job Description

As a Client Servicing Manager at Beyond Pheras, you will be the face and voice of the brand for our clients. This role requires someone who can build trust, manage expectations, solve problems on the go, and maintain a calm yet proactive approach throughout the lifecycle of a wedding.


You will act as a bridge between the client and all internal departments, ensuring the seamless execution of every deliverable, moment, and emotion that goes into creating an unforgettable wedding experience.


Key Responsibilities:


i. Client Communication & Relationship Management


Be the primary point of contact for clients from onboarding till event completion

Understand client preferences, family dynamics, and expectations in detail

Coordinate regular check-ins and keep clients updated on progress and timelines

Ensure a smooth and emotionally intelligent interaction with families, often across generations


ii. Project Coordination & Execution


Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, vendor management, logistics, choreography, etc.) to ensure timely deliverables

Maintain and monitor wedding planning timelines, vendor commitments, and approvals

Prepare and share project trackers, checklists, and event flow documentation with clients and internal stakeholders


iii. Vendor & Partner Liaison


Communicate event-specific requirements to external vendors (decor, entertainment, hospitality, etc.)

Negotiate, follow up, and ensure deliverables from vendors are in sync with client expectations

Attend site visits, trials, and meetings as needed


iv. Event Supervision & On-Ground Coordination


Be present during major pre-event meetings, rehearsals, and wedding days

Oversee flow of functions and coordinate last-minute changes with grace

Ensure hospitality, welcome, and experiences are aligned to brand standards

Handle client and guest concerns tactfully, if any arise during the event


v. Documentation & Feedback


Maintain accurate documentation of conversations, approvals, and decisions

Collect feedback post-event and build long-term goodwill for referrals and retention

Contribute insights for internal team learnings and future process improvements



Key Skills & Qualities:


Exceptional communication skills – verbal and written (English and Hindi)

Empathy & patience – ability to handle emotional or high-pressure conversations tactfully

High attention to detail and organizational strength

Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously

Strong time management and follow-up skills

Problem-solving attitude with a calm, solution-driven mindset

Familiarity with Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business



Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Event Management, Hospitality, or related fields

1–3 years of experience in Client Servicing, preferably in weddings/events/luxury lifestyle sector

Freshers with strong interpersonal skills and a learning mindset may also apply.



Bonus Points if You:


Have worked on destination weddings or large-scale social events

Can manage multi-city logistics and client travel needs

Understand the nuances of Indian wedding rituals and ceremonies

Bring an aesthetic eye and are detail-oriented when it comes to décor, styling, etc.


Compensation:


Salary will be based on experience and interview performance.
