Job Description

Position Title: Client Servicing Executive / Manager (International Clients)

We are looking for a dedicated Client Servicing professional to manage international clients with a primary focus on administrative tasks and CRM management. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate client records while ensuring smooth communication and support. The person will work exclusively for assigned clients, acting as their extended support within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the dedicated point of contact for assigned international clients.
  • Handle all client-related administrative tasks, including documentation, scheduling, reporting, and record-keeping.
  • Manage and update client information on the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Track client interactions, follow-ups, and service requests in CRM for smooth workflow.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requests are processed efficiently.
  • Prepare and share regular reports, dashboards, and updates with clients.
  • Assist clients with issue resolution and escalate matters when necessary.
  • Maintain compliance with client servicing protocols and company policies.
  • Support account growth by identifying opportunities through CRM insights and client engagement.
  • Be flexible to work across international time zones to meet client needs.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, or related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in client servicing, customer success, or CRM-based account management (international exposure preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Provided by the Clients) and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written (English fluency required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage).
  • Ability to manage administrative tasks with accuracy and consistency.
  • Flexible and adaptable to international business hours.
