Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are clearly understood and addressed. Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) to plan and execute projects efficiently. Translate client briefs into actionable steps, timelines, and deliverables. Monitor progress and proactively resolve issues to ensure smooth execution. Prepare presentations, proposals, timelines, budgets, and post-event reports. Manage client expectations, feedback, and follow-ups professionally. Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients and support client retention and growth. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any field. 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in client servicing, event management, or related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organised and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines. Strong problem-solving attitude and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Graphic Designer located in Lucknow. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating graphics, logo design, branding, and typography for a variety of events and marketing solutions. Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and skillset) Key Responsibilities : Collaborate with the design team and other departments to develop design concepts. Create digital content for weddings and events including websites, social media, email campaigns, and digital ads. Design print materials such as brochures, wedding invitations, wedding stationery, event stationery and more. Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all design projects. Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing time efficiently to meet deadlines. Communicate with team members and clients to ensure designs meet their needs and objectives Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and software to continually improve design skills. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience as a graphic designer or in a similar role. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, etc.). Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work across various media. Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles. Experience with web design and 3D is a plus. Ability to take constructive feedback and apply it to projects.
