About the Role

At Paracosm Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., the Manager – Client Servicing plays a pivotal role in driving client relationships, leading teams, and ensuring flawless project execution. This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in managing high-value clients, leading campaigns, and delivering exceptional event and brand experiences.

As a Client Servicing Manager, you’ll oversee a portfolio of clients, guide internal teams, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Success in this role means anticipating client needs, building strong partnerships, and contributing to the company’s reputation and growth.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior point of contact for key clients, fostering strong and long-term partnerships.
• Lead and mentor client servicing executives, ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams.
• Translate complex client briefs into strategic plans, actionable deliverables, and detailed timelines.
• Oversee project execution across design, production, and logistics while ensuring budgets and deadlines are met.
• Anticipate challenges, resolve issues proactively, and maintain a high standard of client satisfaction.
• Prepare and present proposals, budgets, presentations, reports, and post-event analysis.
• Support business growth through client retention, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
• Represent Paracosm in client meetings, presentations, and industry events with professionalism and confidence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Master’s preferred).

• 5–6 years of experience in client servicing, event management, or brand activations,

  including

  2+ years in a supervisory role.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Prior experience in events, activations, or agency work is strongly preferred.

• Full-time, on-site role

  Monday to Saturday

Compensation

35,000 – 40,000 per month
