📍 Location: Mumbai

🗓 Work Model: 5 days working | Work from Office

A leading advertising agency is looking for an experienced Client Service Head / Manager to lead client relationships, drive strategic growth, and manage high-performing teams in a fast-paced digital environment.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the client servicing team and drive performance
• Be the main point of contact for key clients and manage expectations
• Develop and execute digital strategies aligned with client goals
• Ensure seamless project delivery across teams, timelines, and budgets
• Collaborate with internal department heads for quality output
• Handle client communication, reporting, feedback, and performance tracking
• Identify and resolve client issues proactively
• Support business growth through existing accounts and new pitches
• Manage billings, spends tracking, and collections

🎯 Required Experience & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 12+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and production processes
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
