Required Skills & Qualifications:

∙Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

∙A minimum of 12 years’ experience, in a digital marketing agency

∙Proven experience as a Client Servicing Manager or similar role, ideally in a digital agency setting.

∙Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and digital production processes.

∙Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills, with experience liaising with clients at senior level.

∙Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict attention to detail.

∙Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.

∙Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.

∙Excellent organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

∙Experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).

∙Familiarity with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

∙Hands on knowledge of all Digital channels: Web, Social Media, PPC, SEO, etc.
