Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading the Brand Management and Main Line Advertising operations in the northern region as a Client Servicing Head. Your role will involve managing high-impact brands, leading cross-functional teams, and driving strategic growth. As the central point of contact for clients, you will build lasting partnerships and ensure the delivery of outstanding creative and communication solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the agency's brand expert, guiding and evaluating creative solutions to align with brand objectives, and managing pressure from clients effectively. - Champion outstanding creative work, collaborate with creative teams, and organize brand appreciation sessions to enhance strategic alignment. - Build trust and long-term relationships with clients, act as a strategic advisor, and facilitate smooth communication between internal teams and client stakeholders. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities, lead pitches, and prioritize opportunities based on business potential and resource availability. - Document and evaluate brand communication work, provide strategic communication briefs, and manage all financial elements of client accounts. - Contribute to agency performance through client revenue growth, track key performance metrics, and prepare and deliver strategic presentations. - Maintain strong working relationships with key vendors, media partners, and third-party collaborators. - Mentor, train, and lead a team of client servicing professionals, conduct regular performance reviews, and facilitate talent development. - Share brand/category insights and best practices across teams to uplift the agency's collective expertise. Qualification Required: - 9-10 years of experience at a mid to senior level in brand management and client servicing within a reputed advertising/marketing agency, real estate preferred. - Proven track record in handling large-scale brand campaigns and leading cross-functional teams. - Strong understanding of ATL/BTL/360 marketing solutions and experience in handling major clients in the North India market. - Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or a related field. (Note: Candidates from Digital Marketing backgrounds will NOT be considered. Only professionals with Mainline Advertising and Real Estate experience should apply.)
